The Big Ten women’s soccer season kicks off its conference-only schedule this week.
Each team will play 11 games against conference foes, culminating with a four-team Big Ten tournament set to be played from April 15-18 at Grand Park in Westfield, Indiana.
Penn State was voted as preseason favorite by the Big Ten coaches this week, and will look to live up to that billing in a field that has a few contenders that could emerge. Michigan, Rutgers and Wisconsin are among the sides hoping to push the Nittany Lions as the 14 teams head into action.
