The final round of matchdays are approaching at the NWSL Challenge Cup, with just two games taking place on Wednesday. Sunday and Monday represent the final group games, as all eight teams will advance to the quarterfinals, seeded Nos. 1 through 8 based off the table.
There were limited chances during the mid-week matches for rookies to take the field; with the business end of the group stages approaching, veterans remained on the field.
One rookie continued to assert herself with her new club.
