The 2021 summer campaign for the Women’s Premier Soccer League is already underway, with a mid-May start for some teams, and others getting going this weekend.
It’s a platform that offers playing opportunity for club and college players, and even some former pros looking to land a contract or simply keeping the dream alive. Some players head close to home for the summer, while others stick closer to campus. And for many on the roster, they won’t be able to compete the entire season.
