DAYTON'S COACH TUCKER REACHES 300TH WIN
DAYTON, Ohio – Head Coach Mike Tucker got career win No. 300 when the Flyers defeated Fordham 3-1 at Baujan Field today. Tucker, in his 21st season at UD has amassed an overall record of 300-114-29 overall and 159-31-10 vs. Atlantic 10 opponents. Tucker is one of just 17 active coaches to have won 300 matches in NCAA Division I Women's Soccer. The University of Dayton women's soccer team improved to 6-9-0 overall, 4-2-0 A-10 in the win over Fordham, which dropped to 10-5-0, 4-1-0 A-10.
STATS OF THE MATCH
• Senior Ashley Campbell scored two goals and had an assist in the victory. She now has 57 career goals, and is just one away from tying as UD's all-time leading goal scorer.
• Senior Nicole Waters had three assists in this match, tying her career-high for assists in a single match. She also dished three assists vs. Murray State on Aug. 31, 2014. Waters has 48 careers assists, just two from tying for the all-time record at Dayton.
• Alexis Kiehl scored the game-winning goal. It is her fourth goal this season and third game-winner of her career.
• Dayton improves to 213-61-20 all-time in matches played at Baujan Field.

• 3rd minute – Campbell scored her 10th goal of the season with a chip over the keeper after Waters chipped it to her over a wall of defenders (Dayton 1, Fordham 0)
• 10th minute – Kiehl scored with a low shot past the keeper. Her goal was set up by combo passing of Waters to Campbell who flicked on to Kiehl (Dayton 2, Fordham 0)
• 87th minute – Campbell scored top shelf over the keeper after Waters squeezed a pass through two defenders. (Dayton 3, Davidson 1)
FORDHAM GOAL
• 65th minute – Nicole Natale scored on a rebound after a deflected shot by Carlie Wagner. (Dayton 2, Fordham 1)
UP NEXT
• Dayton plays at Rhode Island this Thursday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m.
• Senior Day festivities will be held prior to the match vs. St. Bonaventure on Sunday, Oct. 25 at 1 p.m. at Baujan Field.
