Dineson Named GNAC Women's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week

Albertus Magnus sophomore Christina Dineson has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference women's soccer Goalkeeper of the Week. Dineson led the Falcons in a 2-0 week as she posted 12 saves in 180 minutes of work.
Dineson recorded a 0.50 goals against average on the week and allowed just one goal in the Falcons' 4-1 win over Saint Joseph College (Conn.). She registered a shutout victory in Albertus' 3-0 win over Saint Joseph's College (Maine) on Saturday as well.
So far in 2011, Dineson has made 14 saves and allowed two goals in three games played.
The Falcons will return to action on Wednesday, Sept. 21 as they travel to Boston, Mass. to take on Simmons in GNAC play.
