LOUDONVILLE, NY – Siena Women’s Soccer junior back Amanda Holtzman has been named a United Soccer Coaches All-East Region Third Team selection. The Avon, Connecticut native becomes the 10^th Siena All-Region honoree in the past 11 years.

Holtzman was tabbed a First Team All-MAAC selection last month. She started all 19 matches at right back this fall, and led the Saints with 1,571 minutes logged. Holtzman helped anchor a Siena defensive unit which posted a 1.17 goals against average and ranked third in the MAAC with seven shutouts. She also registered her first two collegiate assists this past season.

Holtzman is one of eight Siena starters expect to return next fall for a team which posted an 11-8 overall record including a 6-4 ledger in the MAAC this past season.
