Kats Fall in Overtime

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. - Joel Jackson scored 82 seconds into overtime to give the Fulton-Montgomery Community College men's soccer team a 2-1 victory over Erie Community College Saturday afternoon at Jim Ball Stadium.
Khala Yaya Alhassan gave FMCC a 1-0 lead with a goal in the 79th minute before the Kats' Otuken Gildo (Buffalo, N.Y./East) scored with 1:58 remaining. Gildo beat a defender and then faked out the goalkeeper before netting his second goal of the season.
ECC goalkeeper Rich Bund (Silver Creek, N.Y./Silver Creek) made 11 saves.
The Kats will play Mercyhurst North East at 5 p.m. Monday in North East, Pa.
