PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Temple men's soccer players Jared Martinelli and Miguel Polley were selected to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Roll.  Both players played key roles in the Owls' conference opening 2-0 win over Cincinnati on Saturday.

Martinelli scored the game-winning goal for Temple in the first half vs. Cincinnati.  He finished with three shots on goal and now has two goals on the season. Martinelli was selected to the honor roll earlier this season on Sept. 15.

Miguel Polley assisted on both Temple goals against Cincinnati with touch passes.  Polley is now tied for the team lead in points (five) with one goal and three assists.

Temple returns to action next Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at USF.
