Men's Team of The Week: November 1
There wasn’t much finesse in Oshea Foster’s finish. The San Diego forward beat one player, looked at goal, and drove his left foot through the ball. It flew past the Portland goalkeeper, sending Foster and his teammates into raptures. The strike was Foster’s second goal in as many games.
And both were vital, as the Toreros knocked off two WCC opponents in quick succession to catapult themselves into the league title race. And though there’s a long way to go, Foster’s play could keep them in the picture. For that reason, he’s our player of the week.
