NPSL Team of the Week, June 6
In partnership with the NPSL, TopDrawerSoccer is naming an NPSL Team of the Week each week during the 2018 NPSL season. The week is defined as matches played Monday through Sunday of the previous week. The following is the latest NPSL Team of the Week, named on June 6 for games played May 28-June 3.
NPSL Team of the Week
F Charlie Clarke, Chattanooga FC: Clarke scored against Emerald Force in a 5-1 win. He also scored the game-winner and had an assist in the 2-1 win over Asheville City.
F Alex Guadron, Little Rock Rangers: Guadron scored four goals in a 4-3 win over Demize NPSL.
F Mohammed "Keka" Kamara, Atlanta Silverbacks: Kamara had two goals and an assist in a 5-0 win over Georgia Revolution FC.
M Fernando Casero, Charlottesville Alliance FC: Casero scored the game-winning penalty kick in the 90th minute in a 1-0 win over FC Baltimore, earning the team its first ever win.
M Guillermo Diaz, Laredo Heat SC: Diaz controlled the midfield and scored a goal in a 4-1 win over FC Brownsville.
M Nick Hutton, Minneapolis City SC: Hutton had a goal and an assist in a 5-1 win over VSLT FC.
M Nathan Regis, Midland-Odessa: Regis scored a hat trick in a 3-0 win over Katy 1895 FC.
D Seb Harris, Detroit City FC: Harris scored one goal in 90 minutes in a 8-0 win over FC Indiana.
D Thomas Judge, FC Monmouth: The left back finished with one goal and one assist in a 2-1 win over Hershey.
D Alex Smith, FCM Portland: Smith led the Portland defense in a 1-0 win over Kitsap Pumas.
GK Steve Casey, FC Buffalo: Casey made seven saves and had a clean sheet in a 0-0 draw with Cleveland.
