DOVER, DE – Francis Marion University and New Jersey Institute of Technology played to a 1-1 tie, but the Highlanders advanced to Sunday’s title match by virtue of a 4-2 win in a penalty kick shootout, Friday afternoon (Oct. 31) at the Division I Independent Schools Tournament.
