This weekend’s quarterfinal action in women’s Division I soccer features another chance for potential pro prospects to make their claim for either the 2022 NWSL Draft or opportunities elsewhere.
The fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic and additional year of eligibility makes it a bit of a tricky pool of prospects to asses. Some players could return for one final season even if they are picked in this year’s NWSL Draft (for next season).
