Providence Men’s Soccer Tops Holy Cross, 2-0, Earns Fifth Consecutive Win
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Junior forward Keith Jecewiz (Smithtown, N.Y.) matched a career high with two goals to lead the 23rd-ranked Providence College men’s soccer team past Holy Cross, 2-0, Wednesday afternoon in a non-conference match played at Glay Field. With the Crusaders pushing forward in search of the equalizer, junior Marc Cintron (Piscataway, N.J.) played a long ball to Jecewiz who was at midfield. It marked the first point for Cintron who was making his first appearance this season.
