Rutgers men announce spring schedule

The Rutgers men’s soccer program announced its 2012 spring schedule which features five home dates and matchups against four local rivals. RU is coming off a successful year advancing to the NCAA Sweet 16, under the direction of head coach Dan Donigan, who is entering his third season ‘On the Banks.’
The Scarlet Knights will open the spring slate, facing Army on Sunday, March 25, at 11 a.m. RU will then train with Oxford University in a seven-on-seven tournament on Friday, March 30 at 9 a.m.
Rutgers will host BIG EAST foe Seton Hall the following day on Saturday, March 31 at 11 a.m. before a meeting with William Paterson on Sunday, April 15 at 11 a.m. RU will play a pair of games on Saturday, April 21, taking on both Rider (2:45 p.m.) and Princeton (4 p.m.). The games will be held on the Princeton campus.
The Scarlet Knights will close out the spring season with a home contest against Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday, April 28 at 11 a.m.
All home games will be played at the Athletic Center Fields (ACF), located between the RU Softball and Class of 1953 Baseball Complexes.
