Siena Women’s Soccer Signs Cora Keohane
LOUDONVILLE, NY – Siena Women’s Soccer Head Coach Steve Karbowski has announced his program’s first signing for the Class of 2025. Brewerton, New York native Cora Keohane has signed and returned her National Letter of Intent, and will enroll at Siena College next fall.
“Cora is a strong and athletic attacking player,” said Karbowski. “She excels out wide with her ability to cross the ball, as well as shoot from distance. Her technical ability allows her to play well in possession, and also combine to free herself in the attacking end. Cora is a welcome addition to our program, and a great fit as a student athlete.”
A five-year varsity standout and two-time team captain at Paul V. Moore, Keohane is a two-time First Team All-SCAC selection. The 5-5 striker has amassed 53 goals and 48 assists during her high school career. Keohane was named an All-Section 3 Girls Soccer Team Class A selection in 2019 after leading Paul V. Moore to a school-record 18 wins. She has played three years of club soccer for the Syracuse Development Academy, and previously played seven years with NY Soccer Central.
