TDS Division I Top 25 Rankings: April 5
One season after running the table in the regular season, Missouri State is one game away from another perfect run.
Despite the irregular nature of the spring season, the Missouri Valley Conference power has won nine straight in the spring. They've even managed to sneak in one non-conference game, besting Creighton by a 2-0 score at the beginning of March. The Bears are back in the Top 10 in this week's TDS Division I men's Top 25 rankings, which are updated today.
Last week's games also featured a 0-0 draw between the No. 1 and No. 3 teams, as Wake Forest secured a result on the road against Clemson. The Tigers remain in the top spot in the rankings. Dormant Indiana joins the top five teams, as the Hoosiers secured the Big Ten regular season crown without playing a game, as Sunday's critical matchup against Maryland was canceled due to injuries and lack of available players on the Terps.
DIVISION I TOP 25 RANKINGS UPDATE: Men's | Women's
Moving up in the women's rankings is TCU. The Horned Frogs maintained their unbeaten mark across the spring and fall seasons. Over the weekend, the offense showed up in a big way, defeating a talented Oklahoma State squad by a 4-0 score.
Arizona entered the Top 25 after sweeping the NorCal powers at home, seeing off challenges from California and Stanford. Pepperdine and Ohio State joined the Wildcats in this week's update.
