Florida State(w) is back at the top of the rankings after securing a fifth straight ACC conference tournament title. UCLA(w) follows, while Wake Forest(w), North Carolina(w), and Duke(w) round out the top five in a chaotic final week before the NCAA tournament.

The new teams are Kansas(w) and Connecticut(w), who both achieved several nationally ranked upsets to win their conference tournaments.
