Wesley Charpie was honored for the second week in a row and third time this season, taking home defensive player of the week honors. The senior from Tarpon Springs, Fla., recorded two shots and helped lead USF to its second shutout this season in the 1-0 win over UConn.
Edwin Moalosi earned his first appearance in the weekly awards, making the honor roll after scoring the game-winning goal just a minute and a half into the first overtime to beat UConn on the road for the first time in program history.
