TopDrawerSoccer Women's DI Top 25: Sept. 17
September 17, 2018
Watch out for Texas A&M.
The SEC side rolled in Friday's conference opener, defeating LSU 3-0 on Friday night, following that up with a 3-0 defeat of Kansas on Sunday. The pair of wins extended their record to 10-0-0 to start the 2018 season, the best start in program history. The Aggies moved into No. 3 spot, behind a Virginia side that didn't play last week due to Hurricane Florence.
Stanford keeps the No. 1 spot despite tying 1-1 against No. 11 Santa Clara. The Cardinal outshot the Broncos 28-10 on the day, as Santa Clara held on for the draw in Palo Alto.
Vanderbilt and Texas Tech joined the rankings for this week.
