MORE: Women's Division l Scoreboard
Heading into Stanford, Duke knew it would need its best players firing on all cylinders to defeat a team that had not lost at home in three years. Insert Graham, a graduate senior who responded by producing an assist and her first-ever collegiate hat trick in the 4-1 victory. The Georgia native would then play the full 90 just three days later as Duke defeated No. 10 California 2-1 and cemented its ranking as the best team in the nation.
