Wrazen Leads Kats to Win over Hudson Valley

TROY, N.Y. - Sophomore Allyson Wrazen (East Aurora, N.Y./Iroquois) scored with three minutes remaining to give the Erie Community College women's soccer team a 2-1 win over Hudson Valley CC in Region III play Saturday afternoon. Wrazen has now scored a team-high 10 goals this season.
The win was the second consecutive for ECC, which is now 6-7 overall. Also scoring a goal for ECC was Jasmine Wiggins (Greece, N.Y./Greece Arcadia). Breanna Pangel (Holland, N.Y./Holland) and Chelsea Olson (West Seneca, N.Y./West Seneca East) were credited with assists. Madison Kiernan (Angola, N.Y./Immaculata) picked up the win and made eight saves.
ECC will play Niagara County CC at 4 p.m. Thursday in Sanborn, N.Y.
