While boys soccer took a hit with the formation of the Development Academy, girls soccer remained as high-level as ever.
The combination of a late-arriving girls DA and the resistance of some clubs -- and players -- from falling into a club-only arrangement allowed high school girls soccer to flourish. Most of the FAB 50 No. 1 teams during the 2010s featured seven or more Division I signees. In addition, unlike boys where a handful of private school programs dominated the scene, the girls landscape saw high-level teams coast-to-coast and almost all of them were public schools.
Today, we offer this list of 20 top teams from the 2010s.
