On June 11, Gatorade announced the Boys High School State Players of the Year for soccer.
Below are the state honorees for the 2020-21 season, with each player’s commitment listed in parentheses if he is playing soccer in college. Due to delays related to COVID-19, Virginia's season was delayed and no award winner has been announced yet.
