When it came time to make her college decision, Madison Kennel was convinced enough to leave the state of California and head to Evanston, Illinois in 2017.
“The combination of Northwestern's academic reputation and the opportunity to play out of state in a major conference like the Big 10 seems like the perfect fit for me,” Kennel told TopDrawerSoccer.com. “I think Coach [Michael] Moynihan and his staff are awesome and have the program moving in a great direction. The new indoor facility with lake views being built will be very cool as well.”
