Akron Men's Soccer Camps

Since 2007 Akron Soccer has produced more wins and MLS SuperDraft selections, than any other college soccer program in the country. Akron has a winning record of 140-22-19 and has produced the highest winning percentage of .821 in Division I College Soccer. The Akron staff have developed 10 top 10 MLS SuperDraft picks and 6 MLS Homegrown signees in the past four seasons alone. A total of 26 MLS professionals!!! We will deliver high level technical and tactical sessions by our nationally recognized coaching staff, to campers who will be placed into age and ability-specific developmental groups. Our curriculum is designed to challenge each player through a combination of 11v11 and small-sided play, coupled with daily training sessions. How, you might ask? By incorporating the Akron “dominant soccer” philosophy; a philosophy that revolves around an electric possession, attacking style of play which has proven to produce numerous collegiate players into professional players!

ID CAMP INFO:

This two-day event is designed for advanced player development and exposure to some of the nation's top college coaches from all levels of College Soccer. In addition to our elite staff, we will offer a ‘player development seminar’ at no extra cost. The Akron Soccer Staff believes that "the game is the best teacher." The same philosophy will be applied at camp. The focus of all activities will be learning through play. Enrollment in the camp will be extremely limited to allow individual attention for each player from the staff of college coaches. A combination of small-sided and 11 vs 11 games will be at the core of the camp curriculum.

FINISHING & GOALKEEPER ACADEMY INFO:

The Finishing & Goalkeeper Academy is intended to demonstrate and teach what it takes to score and save goals at an elite level. Using a variation of video analysis, ball mastery, and cognitive/reaction training, an emphasis will be placed on improving your goal scoring and goal-saving technique!

DAY CAMP (ERIE, PA) INFO:
