3v3 soccer: the best way to hone your skills
June 9, 2010
Ever wanted to hone your dribbling skills and first touch, play soccer with your two best friends, and win prizes at the same time?

Now you can.

The 3v3 Live Soccer Tour is sweeping the country, and with tournaments taking place at over 70 locations this summer across the U.S., anyone can take part.

Open to players six years and up, the three-on-three games are played on a small soccer field with miniature goals, and are a fun way for players of all talent levels to develop their skills.

3v3 girls3v3 is the wave of the future!
Small-sided games like this are ultra-effective in player development. They emphasize creativity, improvisation, technical skill and the ability to pass in tight spaces. Each player gets many more touches on the ball than they would on a full-size field, and players must use pin-point passing and dribbling to work the ball up the field.

The result is a lively, fast-paced game that allows players to improve their touch and one-on-one ability, while providing a fun, healthy environment in which to compete.

An initial entry fee covers all costs, including four games, referee services and a t-shirt. Prizes are awarded to the top three teams in each tournament, while the top four teams qualify for the ultimate prize, a chance to play for the national championship in August.

There, the best 3v3 teams from Florida, California or Michigan will compete against the best of Texas or New York, and finally a national champion will emerge.

The 3v3 Live Soccer Tour is in its 10th year in operation, so its value in developing players in a fun way is time-tested and true.

It’s a soccer revolution sweeping the country.

And now is the time. Join the movement.
