{mosimage:100}If you’re looking for picturesque in summer soccer tournament travels, you probably can’t do better than the Pikes Peak Invitational, conducted July 13-19 by Colorado Rush Pikes Peak.
The event is held on the campus of the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, literally on the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, with Pike’s Peak in full view. The historic military attention to details is very evident when you see and play on the fields used for the event.

Along with good competition, quality fields and refereeing, the area provides plenty of opportunities for tourism and sightseeing. Teams are guaranteed an unusually high number of four matches due to a unique five-team group format. Entry fee is $700 for all age groups.
