While the No. 1 team is etched in stone more or less, there still is playing to parse through in the latest women’s Division I recruiting rankings.
Official recruiting class announcements have streamed out at a steady pace since National Signing Day on November 14. There hasn’t been a slew of massive news revealed in the past few months, as the top classes come into focus. Perhaps the biggest news impacting the rankings are fixed on the transfer news and international signees.
Below is the latest recruiting class rankings for the class of 2019, now up to the Top 25. Powered by the IMG Academy Top 150, international signings and transfers, rankings will be updated once a month between now and August.

1. Penn State*

If there’s any doubt that the Nittany Lions may not secure the No. 1 spot, the announced transfer of Sam Coffey is going to cement their status. Can it be a difference-maker in he NCAA tournament?
2. UCLA

An already impressive class received a nice boost after Signing Day when Rachel Lowe was revealed as an addition to the class. The Australia youth national team forward should be a nice compliment next to a new group of attackers that includes Sunshine Fontes and Mia Fishel. Fontes did tear her ACL recently, which could put her availability this fall in question.
3. USC

There’s little doubt that USC, which won the 2016 national champion, are here to stay among the nation’s elite. This promising 2019 group should continue that trend.
