30. Kayden Pierre – RB – Sporting KC
DOB: 2/16/2003 | HT: 5-9 | WT: 146 | Last Year’s Ranking: 28
Entering this season as the backup to Graham Zusi, Pierre made the most of SKC’s struggles last year, getting on the field 19 times in MLS. He’s shown the ability to at least have the ability to play in MLS on a regular basis. Zusi was re-signed this offseason, meaning Pierre will have to earn his minutes once again. Consistency and reliability, especially when playing for Peter Vermes, are a huge part of the challenge. Pierre should have chances this season, and will need to check those boxes to see his role grow.
