Top goalkeeping prospect Aidan Stokes has turned pro, signing a contract with the New York Red Bulls organization. He joins Red Bulls II for the curent MLS NEXT Pro season before bumping up to a Homegrown contract starting in 2024.

The 15-year-old is one of the top prospects born in 2008, having recently competed with the Red Bulls at the 2023 Generation adidas Cup. He has been called into multiple U.S. U15 BNT camps over the past year.

“We are thrilled to sign Aidan to his first professional contract and have him with the club going forward,” Sporting Director Denis Hamlett said in a press release. “He has shown in both our academy and in his international appearances that he is ready for this next step in his career.”

No. 10 in the 2026 Boys IMG Academy Player Rankings, Stokes is the fifth player from the class to sign a professional contract.
