The first match of the day featured FC Dallas ECNL G09 squaring off against Solar SC ECNL RL 09G Angelone for the Under 15 Dallas Cup Girls Invitational title. FC Dallas’ Catelyn De Moor was the star early on, as the forward secured her brace with two first-half goals in the 4th and 37th minute. Teammate Brynlie Ward added a goal of her own in the 42nd minute to put FC Dallas ahead, 3-0. Solar pulled a goal back, but FC Dallas’ Layla Iglesias tacked on a fourth goal in the 66th minute to put the game on ice. The match ended 4-1 in favor of FC Dallas ECNL G09, who hoisted the first “Boot & Ball” championship trophy of 2024.

The second final of the day was the Under 16 Girls final between familiar foes, FC Dallas ECNL G08 and Solar SC ECNL G08.  Solar, who was crowned Under 15 Girls Invitational champion in 2023, once again showed their prowess on the Toyota Stadium pitch. Kamiya Beck was electric throughout the match, as she found the back of the net four times, including a stunning goal from outside the box in the 56th minute. Brynnlee Bohannon also scored in the match as Solar SC ECNL G08 cruised to a 5-0 win and the Under 16 Dallas Cup Girls Invitational title

At noon, the Under 17 girls’ final kicked off from Toyota Stadium with Germany’s Eintracht Frankfurt taking on FC Dallas ECNL G07. The FC Dallas team entered the match as back-to-back Dallas Cup Girls Invitational champions, winning the U15 division in 2022 and the U16 division in 2023, and they showed their continued class throughout the match. Holly Storer bagged a hat-trick with goals in the 23rd, 52nd, and 64th minute, and teammate Natalie Wagner collected two first-half goals of her own. Rylee Mclanahan and Isabelle Traub also scored in the match for the local side, as FC Dallas ECNL G07 won the match, 8-0, and completed their Dallas Cup Girls Invitational three-peat.

The Under 19 girls’ final between last year’s U19 finalist, the Australian School Girls, and FC Dallas ECNL G05/06 kicked off at 2:30pm and put a cap on the 2024 Dallas Cup Girls Invitational. In just the 4th minute, FC Dallas forward Jaden Thomas opened up the scoring with a lovely long-range strike that put the local side in front, 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Australia School Girls’ Aimee Longhurst equalized the match with a splendid individual effort, as she diced through the back line and converted her one-on-one with the keeper to level the match at 1-1. The highly competitive match remained locked until the 76th minute when Samantha Mathers tucked away what proved to be the winning goal in the match. The Australian School Girls were crowned the new Under 19 Dallas Cup Girls Invitational champion, the first international team to win since the girls brackets returned to Dallas Cup in 2021. Aimee Longhurst was the recipient of the Toyota MVP award following the match.
