Nathan Ordaz signs with LAFC
Currently in camp with the U.S. Under-19 MNT, Nathan Ordaz is officially a pro.
Ordaz signed a Homegrown contract with LAFC, the team announced on Monday.
“We are excited with the signing of Nathan Ordaz as our fourth-ever Homegrown signing,” LAFC Co-President and GM John Thorrington said in a press release. “Nathan is an incredibly gifted player and it has been impressive to see him develop through the LAFC Academy. This signing is a testament to the hard work that has been going on for years from Nathan and all of our Academy coaches and staff."

The 18-year-old joined the LAFC Academy back in 2018, after excelling with Real So Cal (now LAFC So Cal Youth). Most recently, he excelled in the fall season for LAFC, scoring 12 goals and six assists in just 14 matches in the UPSL.
He's been in national team camps with Mexico, El Salvador, and currently the United States. No. 43 in the 2022 Boys IMG Academy player rankings, he'll spend the 2022 season on loan with Las Vegas Lights in the USL Championship.
