Regional Rankings Boys 2021 Spring update
The regional rankings for the Spring 2017 update continues this week with the Boys 2021 class. The first national rankings for the 2021 class was released on Monday with the IMG Academy Top 150. NYCFC’s Giovanni Reyna is the No. 1 player in the class. He was one of six players from NYCFC to be ranked in the New York region. Empire United, Met Oval, and New York SC are also well represented in the ranking of top players in the area.
Internationals’ Sam Sarver is the top player in the Great Lakes region. The forward is a youth national team member and one of the top players in the Development Academy. Vardar defender Kayden Pierre is the No. 2 player in the area, which is loaded with quality prospects.

D.C. United duo Jacob Greene and Jeremy Garay are the top players in the Mid Atlantic region. Greene and Garay are promising prosects at the club and international level. Baltimore Armour duo Richard Nichols and Grant Farley are No. 3 and 4 in the region respectively.
San Jose Earthquakes lead the way in the Northern California & Hawaii region. The Earthquakes have five players ranked in that area. Diego Luna is the top Earthquakes prospect from this class. He is the No. 2 player in the region for the boys class of 2021.

Goalkeeper Andrew Cordes is the top player in the Rocky Mountains & Southwest region. Cordes is also the top goalkeeper in this class. The Colorado Rapids prospect is a regular with the Youth National Teams. He is one of three Rapids players on the list.
The Spring Updates to the IMG Academy Top 150 players concludes on Tuesday with a first look at the Girls Class of 2021.
