Where does the No. 1 girls’ player in the Florida Region – and in all of the country for 2011 graduates – draw her motivation from?
We’ll let Morgan Brian tell you herself:
Miranda Freeman
“The first year (as a U13) I tried out for the Olympic Development Program and I didn’t make it. The day I found out made me realize how much I love soccer,” Brian said. “That day changed the way I train, play, and my mental side to the game. The next year rolled around, I made it, and even got a call to the U14 National ID Camp.”Ponte Vedra’s star central midfielder is versatile, hard working, and as you’ve just learned, driven. She highlights our look at the Florida Region Top 20 players.
As you’ll find this week, Bryane Heaberlin is the top girls’ player for 2012s while Miranda Freeman (2013), Holly Turcich (2014) and Courtney Tompkins (2015) top their respective age groups.
