Even the weather was no match for the U.S. Under-15 BNT.
An offensive deluge of goals put the USA comfortably ahead of Cuba, anchoring an 11-0 win in Monday's group game.
Six players accounted for the double digit goal totals: Jamir Johnson scored a hat trick, while Tanner Rosborough, Omar Marquez and Luca Moisa scored two goals apiece. Julian Hall and Cavan Sullivan scored for the second straight day.
The match was briefly delayed due to weather with the U.S. up by a 2-0 score.
Competing in League A, the U.S. rounds out group play on Tuesday at 8 p.m. EST against Haiti.
U.S. Lineup: Owen Pratt; Miguel Alvarado, Sebastian Chavez, Adrian Sanders, Pedro Guimaraes; Peter Doran, Luca Moisa, Isaac Tortola; Omar Marquez, Tanner Rosborough, Jamir Johnson
