U20 MNT Advances to U20 Concacaf Final
With World Cup qualification already secure, the United States Under-20 MNT will now compete for the crown at this year's Concacaf Championship.
A late stunner from Brooklyn Raines in the 86th minute provided the winner in a 2-1 win against Panama. It marks the fourth straight appearance for the Untied States in the U20 Championship final.
David Vazquez did very well to open the scoring in the 40th minute. Niko Tsakiris had the ball out on the flank, and fired in a low cross. The Philadelphia Union forward cut across the Panamanian defender to finish with his left foot.

Panama, which had a call chalked off for a foul call earlier in the second half, equalized in the 72nd minute. Pedro Soma was whistled for a handball in the box, and Rafael Mosquera stepped up and was able to beat Adam Beaudry this time.
Tied 1-1 late in the game, Raines provided the magic moment to win the game, volleying home a tremendous shot from outside the box.
