U.S. Under-15 Women’s Youth National Team head coach Ciara Crinion has selected a 24-player roster to kick off the team’s new cycle with a training camp in Fayetteville, Ga. from Sept. 8-13. Fayetteville, about 25 miles southeast of Atlanta, is the new home of U.S. Soccer as the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center is currently under construction in the city.
Twenty-three of 24 players were born in 2010, while midfielder Loradana Paletta was born in 2011. Last month, Crinion led the 2009-birth year U-15 WYNT to the Concacaf U-15 Girls’ Championship in Costa Rica, the USA’s fourth-straight title at the tournament. Paletta, the youngest player on the Concacaf championship squad, is the lone player from the regional title-winning squad on this roster. She played all five matches in Costa Rica and scored vs. Haiti.
