YNT Regional ID: Columbia, SC 02/03/04
There was a Youth National Team Regional Identification Center in Columbia, South Carolina last month. U.S. Soccer scouts identified 28 players for the scouting event in the 2002, 2003, and 2004 age groups.
Diane Drake, U.S. Soccer Talent ID Manager, oversaw the event. Aaron Brunner, Lane Davis, and Stefani Workman were also listed as part of the staff for the one-day training event, which featured some of the top talent from the Southeast region.
Tophat was the best represented club at the event with 10 players. Concorde Fire and NC Courage each contributed four players to the list. Charlotte SA and Richmond United each had three players there.
