College Recruiting Needs: DI-NJCAA
College recruiting is a market of identifying holes and then looking to fill those holes with the most talented players. Each season, college coaches search their rosters and look at the current crop as well as what is coming up the pipeline from incoming recruiting classes. For some programs, those needs can mean the difference between a conference title or a quick end to the season.
During the past year, TopDrawerSoccer polled college coaches from every level to see what recruiting needs they want to address for the 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 high school graduating classes. Click on the division links below to see what positions they are looking to fill in the upcoming recruiting classes.
If you are a coach and would be interested in having your needs posted for future classes, please contact editor@topdrawersoccer.com.
