There’s a great deal of uncertainty about the prospect of a spring season impacting or altering the pro chances for seniors at major Division I women’s soccer programs.
But with the NWSL adding one team at the start of 2021 (Racing Louisville) and the need to continue stocking rosters with college talent, players in the Big 12, ACC and SEC will have a chance to make an impression when competitive games kick off this weekend.
Should a championship go forward, it will certainly require a player to decide to stick around or look to compete for a contract. Regardless, here are some seniors to watch in the fall as things kick off.
