USL Academy Signings in College Soccer

One of the trends over the past few years has been the USL’s added emphasis on building out an academy program.

Teams in both the USL Championship and League One have signed players directly to the first team, and there are several others who have come through and gone on to play college soccer.

Here’s a look at some of the players from USL programs who are set to play in the college game this fall who were at one point signed to a USL Academy contract.
