Villanova Women's Soccer adds three
Following his first full season at the helm of the women's soccer program, Villanova head coach Fran Kulas has announced the signing of three National Letters of Intent for the 2015 season. Comprising the signing class are two midfielders and a defender from Hershey, Pa., Frisco, Texas and Elk Grove, Calif., respectively.
Set to join the Wildcats in the fall of 2015 are Kayla Hughes (Hershey, Pa./Hershey), Noa Kopplin (Frisco, Texas/Wakeland) and Addie Wallace (Elk Grove, Calif./St. Francis).
"I am excited to welcome Kayla, Noa, and Addison to our program and look forward to everything they will be contributing as people and student-athletes to Villanova," said Kulas.
Kulas on Hughes: "A hard-working midfielder, Kayla has the potential to contribute in a variety of positions on the field."

Club Team and ODP Experience: Selected for the inaugural season of the Hershey FC WPSL team in 2015... Was a 2012 Region I team member and 2011 team alternate... Member of the EPYSA ODP team from 2010-2012... 2012 PUMA Women's Elite Showcase and 2011 National ID Camp participant.
Hershey: Earned four varsity letters under head coach Jeff Rosensteel where she served as a team captain and registered 39 career goals and 22 career assists... Selected to the All-American Soccer Game and was named to the Pennlive.com All-Star Team in 2013 and 2014... Recipient of the 100 point award in 2014... 2014 Frank Ferri Award winner and 2013 Coaches Award winner... Also lettered in lacrosse... Three-year member of Honor Roll.
Personal: Born August 30th, 1997 in Hershey, Pa... Parents are Jan Zaccanini and Keith Hughes... Plans to enroll as a Criminology major in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
Kulas on Kopplin: "An attacking-minded presence on the field, Noa has a skill set that lends itself to playing in several roles."

Club Team and ODP Experience: Played club soccer for D'Feeters 97 ECNL for three seasons as a midfielder... Recorded the most assists for the season in 2014... 2014 Finalist in the ECNL National Championship... 2013 3rd place finish in the ECNL North American League National Championship.
Wakefield: Earned three varsity letters under head coaches Megan Wilson and Sid Khoury, serving as a team captain... Three-year member of the all-district team... Named a 2013 All-Region 4A Team member and 2013 Defensive Player of the Year... 2011-2013 All-District 4A Team member... Also lettered in cross country and track and field where she was a team captain and set school records in the 800m and 4x400m... Member of the National Honor Society... 2014 AP Scholar... Distinguished Achievement Academic Award winner.
Personal: Born July 11th, 1997 in San Antonio, Texas... Parents are Rebecca and Ron Kopplin... One brother, Cole... Plans to enroll in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences as a Biochemistry major.

Served as a team captain... 2014 Nike Surf Cup semifinalist... 2014 USCS West Regional Champions... 2011, 2012 and 2013 California State Champions... 2013 1st Place finish in the USYSA National League... 2013 USYSA National Championship Bronze medalist... 2013 Cal North Premier League champions...
St. Francis: Earned three varsity letters and took one year off to concentrate on club soccer... 2012-2015 General Excellence Honor Roll member.
Personal: Born March 30th, 1997 in Sacramento, Calif... Parents are Regina and Charles Wallace... Plans to enroll in the College of Nursing.
